The November issue of Vogue is simply spectacular for two reasons: Gisele Bundchen graces the cover and it is my month: All Scorpios Stand Up!

It's no secret that I admire Gisele and whimsical opinions on just about everything ranging from birthing styles, meat and selfishness. Doesn't she just look phenom! on Vogue cover ? Of course--she is Gisele! Apparently, her toddler son thinks broccoli is a treat . Yes, Gisele is all Super FAB! How did she manage to wave a  magic wand to get her son believe, that broccoli,  is a treat? I couldn't do that to my son, he is entirely too bright! lol   It also appears, that ,  Mr and Mrs. Tom Brady  also have trust issues perfectly mapped out. This is what Gisele has to say about honoring her needs.

I will not stop saying it, Gisele is my role model. She is a twin, like I am and ultra sweet. One would expect the world's highest paid supermodel to have a stick far up her ass, like many mortals who are yet to taste her level of success,do,  she remains earthy, ethereal and the dream sister, wife and now mother.

Vogue Italia UPS the ANTE

Just last year, Vogue Italia dared the status quo, the norm in the fashion industry by having an ALL Black Issue. It was one of the highest selling  issue in the history of VOGUE and fashion. Now, Italian Vogue editor, Franca Sozzani has pushed the envelope once more by publishing another bold Vogue Italia issue , this time featuring Plus size models. What?!!!

  Plus models : Tara Lynn, Candice Huffine, and Robyn Lawley in the June 1001 Vogue Italia.

According to editor from the land of pure confidence, Franca Sozzani she wanted to give a voice to the " normal prototype of beauty " as she explained to NY Times in a candid interview. Whoa!!!! Yes, Miss Sozzani, we hear you loud and clear, beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. And trust that many young women who starve themselves to death to be accepted as " beautiful " , are grateful for this issue.

Every once in a while a miracle happens in fashion and this one of them. enjoy.

Former French Vogue Editor in the most awesome pencil skirt. Oh my! You know why I love fashion, it's a form of artistic expression. Not sure how or why the belt resembles a sling, either way, we like it. It's different and origi! as in original . Love the shoes as well.

Let's talk of her hair. 'Carrine, was it raining? Cause we don't see any rain what!soever in the background'. Please try a tight bun next time, a bad hair style can destroy an otherwise lovely outfit. Merci !

My New Favorite Supermodel

It was around noon on a quiet, bright& sunny afternoon in Los Angeles. Everyone seemed to be in relaxed mood, except me , it seemed. I needed to feel better . So, I thought, what better way to feel better than to get pampered?  My nails needed different colors anyway.  I grabbed a novel, accented my navy blue strapless jumper pants with a washed-out  Levi Strauss jean jacket and headed to the train station.  The nail shop was full.

It was going to be a 40 minute wait, if, I wanted to have Sarah, my mani & pedi specialist, paint another masterpiece on my nails.She's definitely worth the wait. She's so gentle. I'm a sucker for the art of touch. So, I smile and slump my petite frame into the black arm chair and people watch .  I needed to pass time , reading my novel , " Eat , Pray & Love " seems like the appropriate, planned option. But, I needed a breather . Reading about depression , divorce, Italy, was not my idea of relaxation.

I stop my myself for a second and imagine what would make me feel a bit more at ease. A nice Aladdinesque fantasy will do , and on a magic carpet!

In dives a photo of Giselle Bundchen making a perfect splash into what seems to be from the top of the world. It is safe to say  Giselle , is sitting on top of the world . Armed with a handsome hubby , New England Patriots quarterback , Tom Brady, and being the highest paid supermodel, Gisele has no issues navigating herself through the waves of success..Which only got added bonus , when Forbes named her the 16th richest woman in the entertainment world. The Fabulous Life of Tom & Giselle. E! Entertainment, hint. hint. Lets you in on peak on just how hard Oprah had to work to make her billions.

As I flip through exciting and refreshing pages of April Vogue Issue, my love and admiration for Supermodels such Naomi, Linda, Christy, Claudia, Helena is  reawakened and so is my zest for life.

SuperUberModel Giselle Bundchen, yoga loving , mother, wife, entrepreneur, twin -sister is the girlfriend we'd all like to have. And Benjamin "River"  Brady is one lucky little boy. Thanks to a lazy day in Los Angeles,the fantasy, the land of the beautiful, I'd pleaded with the love gods to show me appeared in this 5 page pictorial.

This reminds me to give a love shout out to Vogue.  If Giselle wasn't a supermodel, the world would be one sad place. I'd be sad.

Russian Vogue Naomi

Naomi Campbell is my favorite supermodel. There is something about Naomi's pictures. She is a model, a muse and I love her temper.  In the  April issue for Vogue Russia , Naomi breaks yet another barrier as she is the ONLY model featured in the entire magazine for April . Dang Naomi!!!! We love ya and proud of you. She is also the guest editor for this issue. According to VOGUE Russia Editor In Chief, Aliona Doletskaya,   "I wanted to debunk a few myths surrounding Naomi. When I suggested the concept, she immediately came and for an hour and a half laid out stories, photography, interviews and other sections. Clearly, quickly and in a businesslike manner"

And,

Naomi is still very much in love with her Russian billionaire boyfriend , Vladislav Doronin, whose net worth was estimated at $1.5billion last year. She must be making an awesome impression on the Russians. But , I mean, c'mon , she's Naomi, the beautiful muse.

Kate Moss, Supermodel /Legend is set to grace the September issue of British Vogue and we couldn't be happier. This would make it Kate's 28th Vogue Cover. It seems so long ago when models actually inspired. I remember that time - a time when one look at a Linda Evangelista, Naomi Campbell or even Helena Christensen spread, you actually start to believe , you too can be a model.

so be sure to pick up your copy of British Vogue this September as it will feature current Fall Trends .

No Vogue for Rhianna.

Any style follower knows Rhianna is at the top of the list for one the most stylish and inspiring trendsetters out there. So it comes as no surprise that Anna Wintour, the legendary Editor-In Chief for Vogue approached Rhianna at the NYC's Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Gala for a Vogue Cover and Rhi Rhi was mad excited , only to have that offer pulled off when those Naked pics surfaced all over the net.

Anna Wintour has made a name for herself in the fashion industry for her shrewdness and eye for quality.

Today, Rhianna was spotted leaving Playboy office building in New York. Is Playboy the next thing for Rhianna. We sure hope not, but hey there is no such thing as bad publicity.
