OMG! these are divine. These are the new Azzedine Alaia be-jeweled pumps. What can a woman do in these? Or should the question be ' What can the millennial woman not do in these? '  Here are some awesome ideas, on how to let these lovely 5.5 inch pumps do the talking for you. Pair these with solids.Bright solids will draw the right attention to these. Solid cream or even a solid cream skirt with a neon or green colors sold top. It's summer. $800 is not too much to ask for these babies. At least we can't blame Papa Alaia for making painful shoes like Louboutin.

You can at least bet on the comfort at a fraction of a Christian Louboutin pumps. I'd pair this with a bright fuchsia mini mod dress.or even Jeans :-) the sky is the limit with these. If a shoe inspires, then stylist becomes your inner middle name.

Hello my beautiful people. Hope everyone had an amazing 4th of July. I did , it was very restful and I probably need to work out like never before, after the gluttonous consumption of too much good food this 3 day weekend.

Most women will tell you, that they are a princess, but, here's a goodwill pinch to ' pretty please come back to reality.'

Okay, let me get to it. After decades of avoiding marriage, it came as a surprise to the whole world that Prince Albert of Monaco got hitched! All this, after reports surfaced that Prince Albert had in fact two children out of wedlock. This is my analysis of Prince Albert. They are as follows:

America's Next Top Model alum, Eva Marcelle captured in the most awesome Guiseppe Zanotti platform wedge heels. oo la la!!! I definitely love her silver blonde short hair cut as well and I could post a better foto of this shot, but I am a firm believer in maintaining an element of mystery to in order to foster even more creativity and imagination.

This is so adorable. I am a sandals junkie. I love sandals. Especially well- made, heavily stitched, and platform.I remember  my mother's photo album circa 1960' and the numerous photographs of platform stitched sandals and simply wanting to teleport those awesome platforms to modern day.  Well, lucky for us, Miuccia Prada delivered the perfect sandal in these Miu Miu  heavily stitched platform sandals .

I love the double buckle on the double ankle strap of this sandal. It's well made and I heart the cutout and semi circular cutout straps which extends down the vamp of this heavily stitched sandal.

I am a true sucker for versatile shoes and versatile colors. When I style for the day, I find that one single shoe, an earring, a necklace can inspire a whole month or week of awesome style ideas. And this lovely gold studded suede stiletto do it for me. You can easily rock washed out tight or skinny jeans matched with a simple white tee and and blazer and voila, you are set. Or, you can rock this with a brown , white or grey baby doll dress and the shoe still makes the statement. Like many of you, I love a bargain. I once bought a 5 inch J-Lo shoes for $5! I know. Days like that, a girl  feels like the luckiest chic alive!

Von Furstenberg Inspires Once Again

This year's New York Fashion Week was definitely spectacular, to say the least. Electric is the more like it, with celebrities like Kanye West, Kimora Lee Simmons, Russell Simmons, etc tweeting their arses off on the beauty both in the city and the runways, if you weren't in NYC, you were on your way or like many clicking your heels , hoping you'd magically arrive smack dab in NYC to view the awesomeness designers had created  for its obedient citizens. Us.

When you hear the name Diane Von Furstenberg, two things immediately come to mind, Wrap Dresses and Sophistication. She brought it again, ladies! and she went hard ! In fact, many fashion insiders were pleasantly surprised by the print influence in her Spring 2011 collection . Makes you wonder if her new creative director, Yvan Mispelaere had something do it with. Maybe, however, Von Furstenberg soley built the brand we know as DianeVon Furstenberg . We are sure she had much  influence in this collection.

 There is something about Chloe Sevigny. Very magnetic and also the least expected to be as huge a movie star as she is . Don't forget , her professional acting gig started with a low budget, documentary/ indie film, Kids.  ( Ah for the love of Indies, Mark Me a Connoisseur )Since then she's played Michelle William's lesbian lover in HBO's  If These Walls Could Talk. And more movies after that.

But, we are not here to talk about her movies, rather about this lace Proenza Schouler baby doll dress. We love it. It's unique without over reaching. I also adore the exposed black bra. sexy, sexy. Erm, but of course, she is the original spider woman as in Miss Sevigny, the Scorpio.

They are just too preshy, precious for words. These shoes make one helluva of a statement.  And that's what Italian Shoe Designer, Gianmarco Lorenzi has been dishing out for over 30 years.  Seductive glamour at its best.

You can totally wear a slinky and I mean super sexy , body gripping mini with this and rock these pretty babies. One love Lorenzi.

Does She Rock in This?

It's 2:31a.m and I am sitting in my hotel room in Las Vegas reviewing my blog and crossing every "T" and dotting every "I", I may've omitted, while my toddler sleeps. I love these weekend getaways. I happened to run across this Gwyneth Paltrow AWESOME style moment and decided to post it. This, in my humble opinion, is a Look Du Jour. It's very clean and consists of basic hues, browns, whites and black. I personally think Gwyneth is a style diva.

Dinner At Valentino's

Italian Designer, Valentino Garavani held a fabulous dinner at his French Chateau in celebration of his Fall-Winter 2010/2011 line on July 8th. It was definitely a soiree many of us  will happily forfeit our morals to attend. It was packed with A-listers in likes of  Gwyneth Paltrow, Clare Danes , Jessica Alba and who's who in fashion editing.
