Money talks and unfortunately healthcare providers should care very little about money, especially when their medical code of ethics does not allow for the type of red carpet which was rolled out for Beyonce and Jay-Z as they prepared for the birth of their new bundle of joy, Ivy Blue Carter. Don't get me wrong, it is a blessing when two people are able to welcome their new bundle of joy into the world, but, however renting an entire floor of hospital to give birth to a child is a bit extreme and Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, allegedly broke the code of ethics because $1.3 million is just too much cheddah to pass up .

Basically, this type of rubbish should not happen at a health facility. So what is Maya up to? Why is she making headlines left right and center?  publicity, might be your first guess or the HARD tour might be the second guess.  She's always been a perfect mix of street style matched with undeniable political substance. With that said at any given moment, expect to see M.I.A in the news, Missing In Action so not her style.

Elle's Beautiful Life

Elle MacPherson had her first day on the set of CW's "The Beautiful Life" today. She plays "Claudia" a tough owner of a modeling Agency who also happens to a former 80's supermodel. She stays in shape and expects her models to do the same. This ought to be interesting. Why does the Janice Dickinson Modeling agency come to mind?

"The Beautiful Life" is actually an Ashton Kutcher production and it centers on what happens when the runway lights are off and the models are forced to deal with real life and real emotions.

This ought to be interesting, given that MTV's "The Agency" never really took off. The models lacked content besides the obvious fact that they were models.

Insiders are claiming that producers of "The Beautiful Life" are eager to see what Elle can do for this role. She has a pretty huge role and this may be one of those make or break moments for the show.

Perez Hilton says he was attacked by Will. I. Am of the Black Eyes Peas in Toronto last night. Well, not quite Will.I. Am but, by his manager Polo Molina, who according to Perez on his blog punched him so hard and left Perez with a black eye.

According to Perez, he was in Toronto for2009 Much Music Video Awards and Fergie, the female member of Black Eyed Peas approached Perez regarding the negative comments Perez made on his site about the group. Perez says that after Fergie was through ranting and raving, he went about his way to the another event only to be followed by the Black Eyed Peas and this time Fergie approached once again complaining about his blog. Perez ended up leaving that event , only to be followed again by the Will. I . Am and according to Perez, Will, confronted Perez and demanded Perez  never mention his band ever on his blog.

Now, y'all this is laughable as here in the United States, we all have a right to freely express our thoughts, it's called Freedom of Speech. Perez responded to Will.I .Am's request by saying he will try, but nothing was promised and that was when Will yelled at Perez and said " You will respect me" and at that point Perez called Will 'Gay' and ' fag**t'.

Perez claims he was forced to leave the event and while waiting for his ride , Will.I . Am's manager Polo punched him leaving him with a black eye. Perez called the police ,however he was told that his case was not an emergency and that they [ the police] will get there as soon as they can after dealing with more pressing issues.

According to Perez , that's when he 'took' to Twitter and asked for help. Check out the video of the fight right here.
