A shoe can make or break an outfit. Public opinion implies that most women would love to have a closet full of shoes like Imelda Marcos. chin ching! Unless, you are Ivanka Trump, Nicole Richie, Marla Maples ( Mrs Ex Donald Trump), Oprah Winfrey, Kimora Lee Simmons, you do have to keep a close eye on your checkbook. It's the recession. I can almost hear the sighs .
