Have you ever wondered how top fashion designers maintain their status? I doubt the fashion consumer gives it a second thought, much less a single thought. All we want is fresh concepts delivered at our door each time. Guess what ? Stella McCartney, creative genius never fails to remind us that this is what she was born to do and she does deliver. 

Now, we know for sure Stella does love us!Fashionistas.

It is just mid January in the year of our Lord 2011 and she hits us with her Pre-Fall line and it is marvelous. 80's fashion , 60's fashion, medieval fashion never goes out of style. Fashion is recycled every season, if you pay attention. Two years ago, stars like Rhianna were snapped ducking paparrazi in 80's shoulder tops, dresses and it seems Stella is bringing it back again in 2011!

We just had to take a sweet moment, to say " Merci , Madame McCartney ". This is lovely. 

I particularly adore the evening black lace tulle dress. Not to mention , the knitted wide-armed top with its multicolored triangular designs. It also appears that the skinny pants is not going out of fashion just yet , reminds me of the Salawar ,worn in India.  Stella reintroduces it in this Fall line. As a mommy, I adore the loose fitted shirt dress, worn over the Salawar.

Can't wait for the fall season.

Adidas, A McCartney Interpretation

Never mind, Stella McCartney is currently pregnant with her 3rd child, she was born to design and that she does very well. She is no stranger to collaborating with other major fashion brands to spin her twist on a line. We have to tell ya, Stella is amazing at what she does and from this moment on, if Miss McCartney chooses to design a furniture line, a house, a phone, we will more than likely buy it because of her organic talent and beautiful vision.

Here it is folks, Adidas  by Stella McCartney Fall/Winter 2010. It features yoga, running, golf, and tennis gear. One thing is for sure, keeping in shape does not have to be unfashionable and boring.

RUN For a Cause

Stella McCartney was born to do this and that is, all things design. But wait, that's like everything in life ! Yes, Stella. Paul McCartney's daughter. Yes. That Paul  McCartney, a la the Beatles. That one British Invasion. whoa!!

To date, I am yet to find any design attractive, unless it has an organic purpose. I think I've said this before but she is as organic as they come.

Stella McCartney designed this work-out apparel line-----specifically , to benefit the Race for Life. A flagship event aimed at raising money to find the cure for cancer. Organically marvelous , Stella. Her mother's daughter .

Mrs. McCartney, the love of Paul McCartney's life. Miss Organic. The Vegan. Miss brilliant photographer who captured classic images of mega! mega stars, like  Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles,  B.B, King, Bob Dylan, Janis Jopelin , Aretha Franklin and and so much ore [ we apologize for not naming them all, but trust I have been a subscriber for over 2 decades!]  Linda's  'Portrait of an Era 'Sixties' by Linda McCartney'.  There is nothing like being as authentic as possible. such Grace lies in it. love . triumph . Great Job , Sarah.

All proceeds from the sale of the her Stella McCartney will be donated to to the Race For Life. A UK based cancer research charity solely dedicated dedicated to cancer research.

Alexander McQueen bids Farewell

Designs from Alexander McQueen's last show

Known as Lee amongst his close friends, Alexander McQueen's untimely death on February 11th,this year, left the fashion world in shock and disbelief. Less than a month from what would have been his 41st birthday on March 17th, it seemed the cruelness of this world caused him to return to the fashion gods much sooner than we all expected. Rest In Peace sweet soul.  Judging from his last show, Alexander did not fail the fashion world. He was just getting started. To some it appeared Alexander was carefully spunned by the fashion gods and we were not ready to let him go back to them. We simply wanted more McQueen. May his fierce legacy live on .

Boots and lots of boots are in. If you want to be safe then go with black THIGH boots. Works excellently with skin tight pants, short minis, dresses, you name it. Thigh High boots are all you need to become the original sexy kitten. I am definitely all about boots this fall. omg.

Girl In Grey

A few posts back, I posted a must-have item in every fashionista closet, the Stella McCartney thigh high perforated high boots. Well, girl of the moment Rhianna---- let's call her Robyn , stepped out in some hot black perforated Stella McCartney Boots and she did it JUSTICE!

Love the double layer mini skirt matched with the V-neck long sleeve top. So, how much are these boots? a whopping $1,400.00! Break the bank already.

For all you legitimate fashionistas, a yellow double/triple layer mini would work perfectly with the grey top.Or this will work.  Gives it a splash of color. To keep it demure you can definitely go with a tan double layer mini.

Geez, we'd love to play dress up like Robyn does everyday...but wait! we already do! This is a lovely makeunatellam moment.

Stella McCartney's flower embroidered dress smacked the hell out my bootie . If you are looking for femme summer dress, then look no further. Designer Stella McCartney has that taken care of and in supple portions. Check out her 2010 Resort line .

Reminiscent of the 80's but of course the 2008 version. The shoulder is softer not as bold as the 80's. Thank God! I particularly love this embroidered flower sun dress Adore the belt finished in a bow. so adorable.

Femme all the way, check out her heels. so simple. sexy. good girl sexy.

Stella is set to design a children's line for GAP. Back in 2005 when Stella designed for the H&M brand and items were flying off the shelves! Pre-ordering your items is highly recommended!!!
