Opulent Aschobi--The African Perspective

What I really love about Aschobi Designs is the bold colors, not to mention the opulence associated with it. Founded by Adama Kai, a Fashion designer and Aschobi Creative director. Adama studied fashion extensively in Paris at Parson's and New York before launching Aschobi designs. Aschobi is for the the true global African modern woman.

According to the Aschobi facebook page," Aschobi is a celebration of the “New African Look”. The new African look is reminiscent of the excitement of post independence 1950’s Africa, yet modern in its definition of Africa’s current renaissance."

Founded in 2007, Aschobi has set itself apart from mediocre fashion and claimed its position as one of the best African fashion houses available at moment . I liken Aschobi tothe best in fashion due to it's excellent workmanship, intricate embroidery, elegance, and use of bold ,bright colours aimed at enhancing the curves of the African woman . It is made to celebrate the curves of the modern, seductive and creative African woman .

I am in love with her designs. Adama just recently launched her third collection of Aschobi Designs and her new designs prove once again, that Aschobi Designs is a fashion house to be reckoned with. I associate her line with the likes of Karl Lagerfield, Carolina Herrerra, and
of course Chloe.
